Team Ford Lincoln

Luis and Ricky at Team Ford Lincoln did right by me during the purchase of an Explorer. While leaving the lot we noticed a small dent/chip on the passenger door. They gave me a loaner vehicle and had it fixed within a couple days no problem. That was nice to see them taking care of it quickly and hassle free.

The process was smooth and we got a great number for our Escape we traded in. Only took one “no” to get the better number 😂

The Memorial Day Sale was great and we got a much better vehicle overall than what we originally went in looking for. Financing was easy and the process was smooth.

My daughter enjoyed the chocolate milk and chips from the little cafe they have inside which is a good idea with kids. Most importantly they are now in a safe and larger vehicle.

I bought my truck new from Team Ford it was easy with the least amount of hassle. I was initially hesitant about buying the service package because the price seemed “too good to be true” after 6 years I can say it was the best decision. I have no worries and they keep my truck serviced and running smoothly with no problems easy friendly service and cheaper than do it yourself.
