Even since we have moved to Texas, I fly back to Vegas just because I love the patient caring office that I get. Tim and office staff cares about each patient. If you want a caring Dr that will take the time and care for your hearing problem then Desert Valley Audiology is the place to go. All the staff is great. Thanks Tim and staff for making me feel important by all the good care I get from you.

He has always provided excellent service, putting me at ease, taking time to answer questions and to explain procedures, ensuring that my hearing is improved to the greatest extent possible, and treating me with respect and dignity. He also keeps me updated through a newsletter, reminding me of opportunities to have my hearing tested anew and to upgrade my hearing aids as necessary. He's a true professional for whom his patients' welfare and comfort are utmost in his mind. His staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional as well. His battery bank is a real savings! I highly recommend Desert Valley Audiology.
