Great Experience, easy to talk to staff, 5 Stars!

We just received delivery of our new mattress and adjustable base today and couldn't be happier. Our sales rep, Julia, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Julia did everything she could to make sure we maximized our savings, which was greatly appreciated. You really can't beat their finance deals at this time of the year either, 0% for 60 months. I highly recommend you visit this Tempurpedic flagship store if you're in the market for a new bed, and be sure to ask for Julia.

We went here first and were greeted by a professional Staff. I was impressed on how clean, open and just Wow the store was. Julie waited on us and spent a very long time with us explaining the product and the differences between the models. The Price is shocking and we decided to visit a major Department store and a well-known Furniture store in the very close by area. We actually settled on a competitor’s product at the major Furniture store and called Julie to inform her of our decision. Again she was very Professional and wished us the best of luck and reminded us if she can be of any assistance do not hesitate to reach out. I just was so impressed with that I went back to the store and tried out the Tempur-Pedic one last time. My realization that it was more money because it was without a doubt a better, more comfortable product. I cancelled the other Order and am now waiting for our delivery. I own a Business and today "Value Added" is a hard thing to sell but this Summerlin Staff will demonstrate why it is worth the money.

Came in just to check out their line up because I had purchased one 9 years ago and may be looking to upgrade. Store is nice and clean. I was immediately greeted and given a good run down on the newer models. Will be back.
