Amazing place to live. One of the few non smoking apartment complexes in Las Vegas. Lots of amenities. Beautifully maintained apartments. Great community. The pictures online do not do the units or the amenities justice. This place is beautiful. Feels like I am living in a resort. Management is very responsive and maintenance is quick and friendly. All the apartments have a built in smart home/alarm system and are behind a private security gate. When I came out to find an apartment I must have looked at 20+ complexes. This place checked all the boxes and then some.

I have lived at Trend for over 2 years now. It has been the best apartment complex that I have lived in. All the amenities are new and very clean and up to date. I have a spacious one bedroom and have been very happy with all the utilities and appliances. The management team is responsive when we do have to call in. I would highly recommend Trend if your looking for a new apartment.

Very impressed with the professionalism displayed by this property! The leasing process was quick and easy and all of our questions were answered in a timely matter. Gorgeous apartments with top notch amenities. I strongly recommend Trend!

I toured the community a few days ago, I must say the property was absolutely beautiful!! I am in the process of selling my home. Once done, I will definitely be filing an application for an apartment here.

Not only is it beautiful but the amenities are top notch, it includes services I would have had to subscribe to separately, this is a bonus
