(July 29, 2022, 3:10 pm)We had good fortune of having lunch prasadam at this wonderful restaurant Govindas in Las Vegas, NV. It was such a great expeeience....this place is about 15 to 20 minute drive from the Stip. Had darshan at the temple and then prasadm buffet - Poori, Pakoras, Aloo Bhindi Subzi ( veggies) , DalChauli with briocolli, sweet Halwa n gulab Jamin, Daal with rice, pasta and salads with that - inshort awesome nourishing food served with care by the temple devotees. Also had hot and fluffy poories with pakoras served directly to our plate .....as mataji saw we were enjoying the prasadam. This is a vegetarian restaurant / vegan options and if you are in Vegas for work conference like I was or come for vacation make it a point to visit this place and be blessed.
The buffet spread was just right and along with fresh long grain rice , there was quinoa options - Please check if you observe Ekadasi....they may have special Ekadasi food as well.
I was here last week for 3 days - wednesday , thursday and friday ...got some friends along on friday ...we all feel blessed and price for the buffert is very affordable as well. -

(February 13, 2019, 10:51 am)Beautiful new Hindu Temple run by Iskcon or the Hari Krishna people. Enjoy a Sunday Feast program at 5 p.m. with chants & lecture on Hindu/ Indian yogic philosophy. Also there's a vegan restaurant that's open during the week there.

They had a sharine made entirely of wood, but it had been painted with a coat of gloss and the details in the gloss were so intricate that my camera didnt even fully pick it up. They were super welcoming, even though i was hardltdressed for the occasion ( had on a Seahawks hoodie and jeans)
