I came to Ballstaedt Law Firm from another well known attorney in town (whom I had already retained) whose office manager was more interested in speaking over me and raising his voice, than he was actually trying to answer my questions regarding my paychecks being garnished. The law firm is supposed to be there for you, to guide you through this uncertain time in one's life, not make you feel like you are a burden when you ask them a question! Already having paid their non-refundable retainer fee, at that moment, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Somehow I stumbled onto Ballstaedt Law Firm and the rest is history. I got further in 2 DAYS with Ballstaedt Law Firm than I did in almost one month at the firm that I left.

I did a BK because all bills were in my name from my previous marriage, car, mortgage, EVERYTHING!!! My ex-husband had nothing in his name. Ballstaedt saved me from the worst year of my life. Thank you Ballsteadt. The law firm is knowledge, helpful, kind, and will not stir you wrong. I would recommend them 100%. His staff was pleasant and very friendly, especially Mary, who managed to keep my 6 year old entertained while I handled my business. They ensured we were comfortable, they were knowledgeable and prepared me for every step, but most importantly they were affordable!! From start to discharge, my bankruptcy was smooth and Now I have been able to move on with my life and credit!!! I strongly recommend this business!!!
