Big Shot Boxing

This gym is it. It doesn't matter what level you train at Mark will get you where you want to be. Whether it's beginner, amateur, pro, or just trying to get in shape. Mark knows and loves boxing at a level very few people understand. Noone is there to judge you or make you feel uncomfortable. It's just an all around good spot with an amazing vibe. The art, the location, the staff, and the members make this place feel more like a home than just a gym.

Honestly, learning boxing at Big Shot Boxing is more fun and informative than I ever imagined.

Mark, the head boxing trainer, ALWAYS over delivers on the technique being taught! My last lesson, I was just so blown away how much material we covered in an hour about movement. I get so into it and the GREAT thing is that he paces and explains the lesson to me at my skill level so I'm never frustrated or can't keep up.

When I go into each lesson, I never feel like it's impossible to do. That's in complete opposite to my old attitude of "Wow, that must be really hard to do."

Compare this to other boxing GYMs that charge monthly just for a guided cardio workout that doesn't even cover 1/20th of the skill work covered in Mark's lessons at the GYM.

Awesome facility and coach...

My 16 yr old trains at BIG SHOOT BOXING. He loves being there. He likes to be there for a few hours I usually give him a time frame because of my schedule. I love the flexibility of scheduling personal sessions. Hours are convenient. Coaches are genuinely caring.

Exactly what I was looking for. Before coming here I trained on my own for awhile. I have tried a few other gyms in the past, but didn't like them for different reasons. I decided to check out Big shot boxing with mark and absolutely loved this place. It's an extremely positive environment for people of all levels who want to either try boxing, get a great workout in, and/or learn the sport. Mark is very enthusiastic about teaching. He's genuinely happy to have you there. Most importantly he trains people of all levels and welcomes people/boxers with open arms and positivity. If you're a complete beginner and in terrible shape, he'll let you work on your own or can train you at your pace. If you're an experienced boxer, he'll push you very hard if that's what you are looking for, and he has a super deep knowledge base of the sport. I thought that I knew a lot about the sport from training and learning the sport on my own the last eight years. I was shocked once working with Mark how fast I was learning new things. The gym itself is always very clean and well kept. Every piece of equipment required to workout and learn boxing is there. The walls are covered with boxing artwork. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is either trying to get in shape or interested in learning boxing. Any age, any level, get in there!
