The 5 Stars is for Dr. Burnette. I believe that he is a 5 star physician and a great listener. He took really good care of me and knows his stuff. The receptionist at Sign In was friendly too. My only feedback is that the girl I got at Check Out needs to work on her listening skills. I have a good memory, so if I question something it's for a reason. Some things written on paper need to be clarified. Take the time to do it. Don't act like you're frustrated. If you're having a bad day, you're probably not the only one. Some of these patients are fighting for their lives. Stay calm, listen, and this too shall pass.
