(August 21, 2020, 6:46 pm)Blake Johnson did my original trust in 2016 and I needed to change some things. I also had some questions about the banks' way of dispersing money to beneficiaries (always equal amounts). I found out that the only way it could be split up in unequal parts is if you have your accounts in the name of your trust. Then you can have your money any way you specify in the trust. Also your house, stocks, 401K, etc. If it's in your trust, you can spcify beneficiaries the way you want to. And Blake even helps with the sale of the house if that's what the beneficiaries want! Blake and his office staff were really helpful in everything. I left knowing that everything will be taken care of the very best way possible once I pass. They gave me peace of mind, knowing that whoever gets my estate will not have a difficult time with the details, and NO Probate Court! I give my highest recommendation. These guys are great!
