Mountain Trails & Mountain Gate

Food was great. I'd walked up there and on the way I lost my money. They were nice enough to hold my phone and let me come back to pay my bill. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. Great place to go.

My husband and I came on Thanksgiving morning. It was peaceful and the service was great. The food service was fast and well made.

Great community, awesome staff and incredible amenities. Sam was really friendly and really easy to talk too. I would always recommend this community only if you’re a cool individual cause if not you won’t fit in. All jokes aside great place to live.

Also, Patricia was a sweetheart. The main reason why I chose this place was because of Patricia. She made me feel like I was home before I even got my apartment. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay Mountain Gate/Trails is a must.

This community is amazing. I have lived here on and off since 2012, It isn’t perfect but close to it. Patricia and Evelyn in the office are very nice and helpful and the maintenance staff is nice, responsive, while getting the job done. Great place that is close to everything, literally while feeling away.

My experience with Mountain gain trail apartments has been phenomenal to say the least. I love the area very quiet and very friendly neighbors all around and I personally feel safe. The leasing staff is very professional as well Maintenance workers, Evelyn in particular, that works inside the front office from day one, hands down has been expectionally great. From touring the complex, being very informative of the neighborhood and the resources that are around, her attitude is very uplifting and also welcoming. She definitely has a wide perspective in all angles of what it’s like to be in the shoes of renter. She has been a huge contribution that led, my process of elimination quite easier in search of seeking for a home. I love it here honestly!!

I’m new to the Las Vegas area and I feel like Mountain Gate was the best choice for me! It’s close to everything I need and the staff is friendly and thorough. Patricia in particular helped me and was extremely patient and very pleasant to deal with. Overall, I was a bit nervous before moving in but I’ve quickly come to live the community here at Mountain Gate.
