(March 12, 2019, 12:04 pm)This is the most caring of places. They are smart, give you options, show compassion for your loss, are efficient and always keep your needs as a mourner in mind. I never felt they were trying to rush me or exploit the grief or make me buy anything i didn’t need. It is a comfort to know that if this is your loved one’s last stop on this earth, it is a most caring and comforting one. They took care of everything and did it all excellently. They anticipated needs. I cannot imagine one thing i wish could have been better. There is a special place in heaven for the entire staff. I did benefit from a lot of their pre-planning services, something many might want to consider doing because grief can be so overwhelming. But, even so, there are still many considerations and they walked me caringly through all of them, including resources for grieving and a checklist of things to take care of at your loved one’s passing.

(February 24, 2019, 6:11 pm)I didn't want to deal with a Funeral Service company that was old, stuffy, & uncomfortable like the ones from the past. That's why I was so pleased with the new, comfortable, unstuffy building I arrived at. Laura made us feel so comfortable & went through everything thoroughly, with attentiveness to detail, which was what I needed. They also encouraged me to call back whenever any questions pop up & I have. They are truly there for me. Thank you for everything.

They balanced our request for privacy with tact and sensitivity when it came time to have our relatives pay their respects. The whole process went smoothly. My father was a veteran and Laura’s experience in this area was significant when dealing with arrangements through the VA. With great respect and thanks, kudos to Kraft-Sussman!!!

This is a home-town business and you are treated like a person experiencing a death who needs support, not like a bank account who shows their love in dollar signs.
I cannot recommend Kraft-Sussman any higher than I am, my entire family felt well cared for and supported and everything was beautiful.
