  We first began working with Eric in 2012, when my wife and I decided to purchase a Winter home in Henderson to be near our son and his family. We had worked with other realtors without much success; poor communications, unanswered phone calls, limited listings, etc. Apparently our budget didn't warrant their attention. Eric was recommended to us, and the differnce was immediate. We became "important" clients & through his efforts found a property during our two week visit. We plan to upgrade this Summer and Eric will again be our "go to" guy.

  We worked with Eric on a Vegas investment property back in 2011 via a recommendation from a friend. Eric was professional, knowledgeable and not pushy when it came to identifying properties, showing us candidates and eventually successfully bidding on home. We would definitely use Eric again if we were to invest further in the area and would definitely recommend him to others.

  Finding the right real estate agent to assist you with your purchase transaction is as critical as finding the right plumber, electrician or mechanic. While you may not engage with a real estate agent and their team as often, it is imperative to develop a relationship based on trust. We interviewed several agents and thankfully selected Eric Ludvigsen's agency. Our purchase transaction was complicated (short sale), came with HIGH stress in dealing with the seller's agent and the banks. As typical of buyers, we had many questions and concerns throughout the process. Eric responded to us with thorough information, educating us along the way with a great deal of patience and timely responses. His customer service skills are on a personal level. We never felt we were nothing but a paycheck in his eyes. I don't believe we will be engaging in another real estate transaction in the near future but will keep his card on hand so we can provide quick referrals for our family and friends.
