I have been going here for about a year and my experience has been excellent. Each class is very different. They have something for everybody. The staff is friendly, the facility is always clean, and the instructors all have their own personality. The energy at their studio is unmatched! Highly recommend!

3 classes for $30 deals was such a nice deal to find. The facilities are excellent and the instructors are passionate in guiding you to meet your goals. The only reason I’m holding back the 5th star is they do not have a filtered water dispenser. This was a glaring hole in their business. After sweaty work outs I want clean water to fill my reusable container and hydrate. Feeling thirsty:)

I love all the classes I’ve done so far! I signed up with the 3 class special when they had it going on and immediately wanted to keep going so I signed up once my 3 classes were over. Everyone is super nice and friendly, all instructors have different vibes to them but you walk out feeling amazing no matter what class you take!!

I took Power Flow on Thursday night with Caylye Nordling. It was a fantastic class with excellent music and rhythmic flow. I enjoyed Caylye’s musical awareness and ability to time her transitions with the intensity and crescendos of the music. I was able to enter into relaxing and translucent zen meditative state and get my mind right after a difficult day of work.
