Explained what he found wrong and quoted the cost. Made the repairs and ensured I was satisfied with the performance of the system. Carefully put away his tools and ladder. I looked in his truck. It was well organized.

Since our first call with Rebel we have been very pleased with the service. Everyone from the Call Taker to the Service Tech has been very polite and helpful. Understanding the need to have our equipment back on line as quickly as possible, they always dispatch someone out within a few hours. We are very pleased with the service provided by Rebel Refrigeration and highly recommend them.

They are quick to respond to service requests and their technicians are always courteous and professional. The last couple times they were at my home Hector was the technician who took care of the call. He was knowledgeable about the problem and had suggestions for resolution. He also gave me information for future upgrades. I would HIGHLY recommend Rebel Air Conditioning for air conditioning repairs/replacement.
