It was my first time getting lip fillers and I was extremely nervous but she explained everything thoroughly, asked questions and made sure I was okay the entire time. I came here last week, from the minute I walked in I was given superb service.I was a little intimidated as it was my first time coming into a plastic surgeons office, but everyone made me feel so welcomed. I received fillers from Diane and she was amazing! It was my first time receiving fillers, so I wasn’t so sure how big I wanted to go, or how much volume I was trying to achieve.I tried my best to explain to her what I was looking for. She was incredibly patient and explained all of my options and she completely nailed it! I absolutely love my lips, she also did a great job on my smile lines. I also received a hydrafacial from Katie and she was just as amazing. She as well took the time to explain the procedure and explain what products would fit best for my skin type and daily routine . She was so great I brought my husband back for a facial of his own. Everyone is so kind and friendly. I most definitely would recommend everyone I know to Dr.Richards and his team, they completely earned my trust .

My first time coming to Dr. Richards office and my experience was amazing! The front desk staffs were very professional and helpful. I had a consultation with Dr. Richards for a breast reconstruction. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me his most honest feedback. Just had a mommy Makeover done by Dr. Richards. Dr. Richards is an amazing surgeon, he definitely takes pride in his work and wants to make sure everything comes out exactly right and that you are happy. Being an out of state patient I was nervous with the traveling back and forth. But Dr. Richards always made sure that no matter when I came in for a follow up he saw me personally because he knew I had traveled so far to see him. He's very friendly, professional and experienced. His staff is amazing! Diane made sure that when I woke up from surgery I was well taken care of. His front office staff is friendly and makes you feel as if you're a priority. I am 100% happy with my results, and thank you Dr. Richards, for my life changing results
