Shashwat Pendent we tremendously helpful to get our refund back form. Fiji. Airlines. Very polite and apologized each time he had us on old while he was on the other line with the Airlines. He was extremely helpful and informative of what’s going to happen and how he’s trying his best to be on the same page as Fiji Airlines due to the fact that they are the ones who have that 24hr non-refundable policy if you cancel your flight within 24 hrs of purchase. (Which I found ridiculously inconvenient. My husband and I caught COVID 1-2 days before we’re were supposed to travel to Australia. So even though they have that very inconvenient 24 refund policy, Expedia is going above and beyond and promised it will be refunded in a few days or so. And I will be given updates if there’s any issues regarding the refund by Shashwat (hopefully)! He is an excellent customer service representative.
