  I WALKED OUT WITH 8000 DOLLARS!!!
  Sellers Wont let you try out gear correctly!
  Sellers use marketing skills to continue the conversation even when you dont wanna be bothered in the first place, lack the knowledge for a proper store and repeated what you just told them about the gear, to make it worse he decided to turn down the amp that I was trying to purchase. wont come back. IVE NEVER WALKED OUT OF A GUITAR STORE WITH OUT BUYING ANYTHING THIS IS THE FIRST ONE AND YOU DESERVE IT. THEY JUST WANNA SELL STUFF. I'M NOT SUPPLYING A STORE THAT DOESNT LOVE MUSIC

  Such a difference from the competition! In the other place, most of the acoustic guitars of any quality are locked up and it is difficult to get one opened so you can try it. In this store, the guitar room has all of the acoustics open, and you are encouraged to play instead of being watched.
  
  The manager, Frederick, is incredibly helpful and will always go the extra mile to see that you are satisfied. The floor staff, like all stores, varies in competence and expertise but they all have this great attitude about helping you.
  
  Definitely the place to buy a guitar.

  Excellent help . They had no idea how much I was going to buy and they took the time to show me and awnser and demonstrate anything I asked this review comes as a comparison to guitar center as the first thing they asked after standing outside in the sun with a mask was ; ARE YOU GOING TO BUY SOMETHING? so I didn't and they lost the sales . So now Sam Ash is my store to what I need even if I have to wait for it.

  Eric in woodwind/brass was extremely helpful. Took a drive from Arizona to purchase a brand new professional saxophone. This store was the only location in the country that had the horn I wanted so he put it on hold for me. They gave me an amazing trade value for a vintage saxophone and other discounts during a weekend promotion. Great Price! Their in-house repair person (didnt get his name) sat with me for about 30 minutes as we talked saxophones and did some free set-up and adjustments. The horn played even better than it did out of the box. Amazing experience!
