Colton was out today from Orkin and did a fabulous job. He is very professional, personable and fantastic to deal with. He does a thorough job of making sure all potential bug and pest areas are taken care of. He is an asset to Orkin. We have been using Orkin for 7 years and he is one of the best in the business.

Service visit process was explained. How it was going to be performed step-by-step, questions answered, then service contract explained. The signing all paperwork after everything was covered. Service performed and then follow up process explained. Started exterior powder process, reviewed home exterior as this is a new service. Explained mosquito/tick service, etc. I am totally satisfied to this point. The results remain to be see as it will take a few days to rid the ants 🐜 or call for more spot treatment.
The service tech did have a brochure of which I did not ask or question and it was not left. I did receive copy of contract only.

The service technician that came to our home was absolutely amazing. Took time to explain everything that he was doing and the reasons why. He also took time to explain different options that were available to us. He was very professional, very glad he was able to service our home.

We have used this service for several years. Our technician, Jason, is prompt, friendly and efficient. Our treatment is for insects of all kinds since we live in the woods. Jason keeps us informed on his findings. We set up automatic payment so the service is at this time pretty automatic. We are very happy and satisfied.

Travis, our technician, always goes above and beyond with our service. Each service is given great thought and care, as if it was his own home. He's takes time to ask the right questions and listens attentively before he even starts the service. Travis is very aware and knowledgeable, finding problem areas around the house before we even notice them. He offers great suggestions and advice to improve our homes bug, squirrel, mice, centipedes, etc. There is also amazing follow up from him on the current issues. The answering staff are always polite, understanding and flexible with our hectic lifestyle when I need to cancel or change appointments at the last minute. Living in the woods can be a pest, unless you have Orkin and technicians like Travis who eliminate the stress and worry. Our family is very grateful!!
