  STOP STOP STOP!!!!
  
  As of approximately August 2018, MANAGEMENT HAS CHANGED, PROPERTY SOLD!!! It's only been a few weeks, I can't determine how well they're doing yet. The things that has changed are, the grounds aren't as clean and the office closes on Sundays now. The positve change is the pool is now 24 hrs. Derrick is the new Manager, he's been attentive and personable. We'll see what happens, I'll give them a chance!

  This complex has gone from the best, AMC management, to the worst Greystar management. Derrick the manager, I mentioned previously, is no longer here, and the pool is no longer 24hrs! They don't answer the phones, the grounds are unclean, the gate is often broken, we have dumpster divers consistently. Greystar management hired security, starting at 7pm daily, then security would appear spartically!!! Many tenants are saying management won't replace repeatedly broken appliances, just make repairs. When using the rent portal, the amount due is never accurate. This Complex was previously managed perfectly, when my lease expires, if I don't see any changes, I will move out!
  
  P.S. The management response below is from the previous owners. Remember Greystar management started August 2018, most good reviews/responses are from the previous owners.

  I am now on my 2nd 12 month lease with Villas at Mountain Vista. My first lease was when it was managed by AMC and I had worked as a leasing agent for AMC at the time. As of August 31st 2018 The property is now managed by Greystar Property Management and they have been great!
  The property is Quiet, Tucked away from the road, and the staff are always friendly and go out of their way to make the community as good as it can be. I haven't needed maintenance in a long time but when I did need them they were quick and friendly.

  Maintenance service is prompt, informative and cordial. Including, placing my request the same day from the GREAT Property Staff from the Office through the communication with the Maintenance Staff. I am very happy to be residing here. My simple request was low priority, however, felt as it was high priority being completed that very same day. Thank You! 5 Stars! ????????????????????

  Overall good. My neighbors were nice. I did have some items “go missing” from my front door, patio area. I liked that the office would hold my packages so I could get them when I got home. The office hours were convenient and the ladies always pleasant. My kids enjoyed the playground and courts being central and the pool was nice. The apartment was pretty small and the appliances were older. Very close to the highway so it took some time to get used to the noise. Price was excellent. Close to shopping. Close to library. Close to playground. It was exactly what I needed at that time.
