  I would recommend Garrett, Rick, & Joel to anyone who asks me for a physical therapy place. They’ve been very supportive and caring about making sure I’m not rushing through my exercises. Will use them for any PT I’m given I the future. You won’t be disappointed. All the staff is nice.

  I really hope that anyone who is experiencing some physical pain and problem like mine, can meet my therapist and get started on a plan of action to overcome it and recover in a timely manner. Thanks for your knowledge and service.

  Although I have just started physical therapy with Select Physical Therapy, my experience has been excellent. I chose Select based on the positive recommendation of my wife, and they have lived up to everything that she said.
  Rick Bales has expressed genuine concern for my arthritis problems and has keyed his treatment to both my rheumatologist's referral instructions and to my individual issues on each visit.
  The administrative staff is also highly caring and capable, working my schedule with available appointment times and sending both telephonic and text reminders for each upcoming appointment.
  The final benefit is that Select accepts both Medicare and Tricare for Life, so I am fully covered by both primary and secondary insurance.

  I have been getting Therapy from Rick and Dave at Select Physical Therapy
  These men are very helpful in the way they treat your ailments. They not only give you therapy but they explain how the exercises help you and which parts of your body are affected . I try to put in the effort that is needed during my therapy sessions because i know that it is going to help me.
  By lending me their knowledge i have a much better understanding of why i need the physical therapy that my doctor ordered.
  I recommend Rick and Dave to anyone needing physical therapy. Not only will they help you physically, but you will learn things that you can use to possibly prevent needing physical therapy in the future.
