  I think your employees are doing a great job even with a high number of patients. I have usually had a 30 min or so wait when I visit, but it’s a nice waiting room. Jimmy Tran is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. His nursing staff such as Minerva also are very professional. Also the front desk staff is friendly and they do a good job.

  I expected there would be at least a little pain after or the next day but there isn't any. The procedure was fast but careful. Dr. was good at explaining what he would do and I felt I could trust him. His assistant gave a perfect injection. The one negative was the waiting time but that is normal for today - booking too many people at the time seems to be normal and I know there are those times when the time needed isn't expected or known. I will bring my tablet next time.

  I was called 10 minutes after my appointment time, did not have to wait in the room very long until Jimmy Tran arrived. The reason for the appointment was quick and I was out in another 10 minutes. This appointment was as it should always be.
