Out of all the obgyns I have seen Scarff has been the best. Always smiling when coming in and cracking jokes. He was amazing when I was in labor and still cracking jokes to calm my nerves since i was going in for a emergency c-section. :)
Dr Scarff is a great doctor. I have been going to him for 20+ years. My daughters now see him as they are young adults. I have recommended him to lots of coworker and they absolutely love him. I Love Dr. Scarff because he doesn't sugar coat anything he recommend whats best for you and he has never stirred me wrong oh and he's has a great sense of humor!
