We weren't sure which model was the best for us/our flooring and J.R. was super helpful in discussing the different models. We initially took home a model without the electric power head. After testing the vacuum at home for a week, we decided we needed to upgrade to the powered model. J.R. was courteous and customer oriented every step of the way. He made us feel like Banks Oreck truly valued our business. We were able to be confident in our purchase and enjoyed the process. If you're looking for a new vacuum, I highly recommend heading to Banks and talking with J.R. Thanks!
