Great location, service and rooms make this Residence Inn a top choice while in Pasadena. A longish block from downtown and all the shops and restaurants, and right across from the Parsons parking lot if you are taking the bus to a Rose Bowl event make this an ideal home base. Easy access the highway, too.

Great service from the staff, from the front desk to housecleaning and the breakfast staff make you feel comfortable and welcome. Our breakfast staff even created a gluten free, egg free alternative entrée for our party, a much appreciated gesture.

Rooms are quiet and contemporarily designed with smart touches throughout (rotating TV, charging shelf, a lit l, mirrored makeup station thst is in addition to and outside the main bathroom), and inclide a functional kitchen with sink, 2 burner range and full refrigerator.

On-site, underground parking for a fee, but that's Pasadena. Street parking available, but most nearby is metered.

First of all, I want to shake the hand of the hiring manager, I will like to know what method he/she used to hire such amazing talent. I have never in all my life of traveling experience such great service. Everyone who works at this location, that I encountered was polite, well mannered, and helpful. Room service blew my mind. The cleaning service was exceptional. Breakfast was great the hotel it self was clean. My only complaint is allowing guest with pets to bring them to the dinning area. I have terrible allergy to pets, that was a little uncomfortable for me. Guest can have pet's but please keep them away from the food area. Other than that, beautiful experience.

I've stayed here a few times now. Great service every time and a really convenient location if you're visiting for anything in Pasadena. Parking is extra but I'd expect as much for a place downtown. Easy highway access.

I am really impressed with this gem of a hotel. Customer service at the desk was excellent, fast and smooth. Hotel is within walking distance of all the great food options in old town Pasadena. And the room is awesome. Large space all new and modern with a full kitchen, a lounge couch, huge TV, very nice bathroom and they even give instructions on how to operate the thermostat! Lol. Love it here I’ll definitely be back!

Best place to train in Vegas! Great for anyone of all skill levels. I love this place.

Joined three months ago and it was the best decision I ever made. The coaches are top notch at both locations. Members are very welcoming and higher belts are very humble.

Sim is very welcoming from the moment I walked in the door, he’s very informative and detailed oriented when explaining techniques to the class. Already had two of my friends join me and now they caught the jiu-Jitsu bug.
