My spouse and I have had Dr. Ong as a family Doctor and. Primary Care Physician. Yes, office staff has changed over the years... He has a great staff now that help facilitate your apointments and they seem to help. It us much better. Dr Ong has been at this for years... Nearly 50 in practice. There's not much he hasn't seen. We find him to be funny... Knowlegable and kind. He explains until we fully understand. My family and I love him and wouldnt change a TENG!
Yes in the past the wait was terrible and yes the front staff was rude..however, wait times are better now and the front office staff is actually somewhat polite and everything is done in a timely fashion. Dr. Ong is super.
