Clark County Dog Park - Desert Breeze Park

Pretty cool dog park. I take my Shiba Inu about twice a week.

Pleasant people. Pleasant dogs. Everyone makes a team effort of mediating the rowdy ones. Quite the beautiful community of dog owners.

There's two parks(technically three) one for small dogs and one for large. They are somewhat well kept and definitely large enough to house both sizes so they can run around and fool around. Water is easily accessible and there's always poop bags.

The only major con is other people. Most people are great and watch their dogs and make sure everything is okay. But some people ignore their pets, don't pick up the poop, let them bite and fight thinking its funny or not a problem. Some people also ignore the size notices...

It's a great spot with three well-fenced, double-gated, nicely maintained areas. One each for big and small dogs, and one that I assume rotates in and out of use to give the grass a break. People often complain that some owners don't pick up after their dogs; it can happen to anyone if you aren't watching them every second. But at this place it just doesn't seem to be part of the culture to pick up. There are trash cans, but I did not see the bag dispensers and reminders that are ubiquitous at other dog parks nowadays. Unsurprisingly, this is the poopiest dog park I've ever visited. Which also means there are a lot of flies. So that part stinks, but everything else is great.

Excellent dog park. Great facility for small and big dogs. Well kept by friendly grounds keepers. Good shady areas and nice dog owners.
