  Its my 4th year in Monterra and I have to say since Josh and his team took over, the place has been kept clean and well maintain. Price is reasonably cheap for the area and we love how convenient the place is to major shops and the fact that everything we need is right around the corner gas, store, clinic, restaurants name it! The management and staff provide great customer service and I would personally like to commend one of the leasing consultant Romy Wieder for always staying on top of my concerns. Romy goes above and beyond by making follow up calls to make sure issues big or small gets resolve on time. He is a wonderful asset to the team. Thanks alot Romy!

  Clean and spacious. Quiet neighbors and near a lot of businesses. Management has been on top of everything since we moved in. Ari has been extremely helpful in making us feel at home. We enjoy living here and feel very safe. Conveinent mailing setup and extremely welcoming presence. I would recommend to anyone, and already have! Affordable prices and easy to work with people.

  Overall I"m pretty happy with this place. Rent is decent for what you're getting. The only downside it's in a bad area of town but the apartment complex itself is nice. Maintenance and front desk are always attentive to my needs as well. They seem to do inspections of the units way more than usual though.

  Management is really great,I absolutely adore Romy! He is very professional and friendly the whole staff is friendly if you ask me lol I just recently moved into my apartment and I love it. No huge complaints so far! ❤
