Excellent customer service, Janis was so professional.
I have been banking at this establishment for years the customer service and the business are fantastic every time!
I switched from wells fargo (24 yr account) to America First. I came in for a auto loan back in October 2019. I found everyone at this bank genuinely polite and happy.
I went to another branch at I had the SAME experience. When your employees are happy and it shows, it says alot about the institution.
I have moved my accounts to America First and have had few family members do the same.
Keep up the great work. I'm a happy customer.
I have both an auto loan and a recreation vehicle loan through american first. I end up paying my RV loan a couple days later than its date because of the pay checks come out. I have never been hit with a late fee except when its crazy late it paid 15$ which is completely understandable(10days late).
I read a review earlier about debit card issues, late fee and interest. The location i went to did not take debit cards as a form of payment. You can setup online payments through another banks routing and account number but not debit card. Usually when you pull a loan especially auto your first 6 to 12 payments go almost exclusively towards interest. They usually do this for high interest or high risk loans. First time i financed a vehicle this exact scenario happened. I have never had a problem with late fees, I always pay my loans in cash at location and usually a couple days late, there are plenty of locations and you get a print out of what went to principal, what went to interest, and whats remaining. Really convenient for planning out how to pay whatever your borrowed off if you plan on paying it off early. For all you of you late folks like me just remember it has to be 30 days late to hit your credit.
