Awesome sushi in Red Rock Casino - Blue Ribbon Sushi.
I enjoyed the service on two different occasions at the bar top and in the dining area. The bartender and my servicer were very attentive. I enjoyed the grilled salmon entree on the first visit and all sushi on the next visit. Both were excellent. The grilled salmon was decent portion size. The sushi rolls were small but delicious.
Came here for happy hour. The California roll was good but I was expecting 8 pieces for some reason. Drink was good. Staff is really friendly. Located inside red rock casino near lucilles BBQ. I looked up a happy hour menu online before stopping in and was sad to learn some items had been removed.
We went to share just one roll, we weren’t hungry, we wanted to hang out and have a chat but, we ended up having 4 rolls, few appetizers and dessert because the food was absolutely delicious!
The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had a great dinner, we definitely recommend this place.
Wonderful gem tucked away in the Red Rock Resort! The Happy Hour from 3 to 6 pm Mondays thru Thursdays is really nice! Food is awesome!! Especially the chicken wings which have a nice light breading and the 2 sauces that come with them are perfect! The roasted Shishito peppers are a nice compliment to a glass of wine or Lychee martini which is the best around. Place has a nice outdoor area as well. The inside has a real Japanese style ambience to it.
I’ve been a fan of Blue Ribbon Sushi in NYC, it’s one of the best and I’m from Japan so this is a huge compliment. I was wondering how the one in Las Vegas would mount to the same level or not, and the answer is... Yes to the atmosphere, decor, service, and food except sushi, wow!
The Wagyu burger, and a couple appetizers were tremendously amazing! So I expected the same for sushi, so I was so shocked to experience a low level sushi material from them. I ordered more than 10 kinds of sushi and a couple rolls, and none of them were the first class that I had expected. I can name a few other places in Vegas that carry first class sushi with much less pricing. Oh well...
