Diamond Superior came to clean my friends carpet one day while I was there and the rep gave me their specials on a flyer. A few months later I I decided I was ready to get my carpets cleaned so I reached out to them via text message and got scheduled. I got a invoice with my order date and time via text message which was great. I got a phone call and a text message on the day of my appointment when the technician was in route.Trevor R was my technician he was very communicative I told him that there were some areas that I wanted a little bit more of a deeper clean he advised he would give me an estimate when he got there on what could be done and what needed to be done they did a great job my stairs look brand new and I appreciate all of their professionalism and help. Definitely recommend!!!

I tried Diamond Superior Carpet Cleaning for my carpet cleaning and will not use another company again! It was the most hassle free experience from start to beautiful finish. They were responsive and friendly when I set up the appointment, sent confirmation reminders, Daniel called when he was on his way, arrived on time, assessed my needs and quoted a price that was extremely reasonable. Then like magic they removed stains they said probably wouldn’t come out; it looks fabulous, smells great and was dry within an hour! Put their number on speed dial, you won’t use any other company again, either!

Love their communication. Once I inquired, I received feedback right away and when I booked an appointment they kept me in the loop via text with time windows and when en route which was very convenient for me. They arrived on time and were very courteous and respectful. They did an excellent job! Will definitely refer them without a doubt!

Love love love these guys! So fast and so nice, I had a ton to do today so I was a bit worried cause I’ve had people come and take hours, but I will forever use this company. Noah had such good costumer service and will for sure be having them come back and do my couch and floors again, they give 20% off if they come back within 90 days which is awesome considering they are already so so affordable. 100% recommend!
