Because of her actions my claim was settled in a timely manner. Thanks to all of the individuals whom contacted me and made sure that everything was taken care of. (March 11, 2019, 11:45 am)I love Old Point! I have never had better customer service and I’ve lived in 3 different states. Old Point calls you by name, they take as much time as needed to answer question and explain everything. Even offered to help set up on line banking. No other bank for me!
