Alexis is the sweetest little genius who builds on personal experience, able to remain vulnerable and funny while laying a foundation of legitimate science behind the body work she models so well! If you ever get a chance, spend some time with her and her people. I know I will again, for sure!

I am so thrilled to have been part of the We RISE trauma sensitive yoga training. The experience has been healing and educational for my own life already. I look forward to practicing and incorporating everything I have learned into my daily wellness practices. I also look forward to using these skills for my work with middle and high school children at our local schools as well as in my clinical work with clients. This is so much more than a yoga certification. The science that is taught in the training is remarkable, accurate, and empirically based research. We RISE combines science, yoga, qi gong, the cross crawl (a concept I first learned about in the book “Energy Medicine”) and so much more! So grateful to be a part of this training.
