  ENTERPRISE SAVES THE DAY!
  
  I came to Vegas on the 20th February for a quinceanara and had previously put down a deposit online at another car rental place with a final payment of $89.00 upon pick up of the vehicle. However because I used a debit card they needed an additional $390.00 deposit plus insurance which jacked up the price to $730.00! So not only did I not want that amount on hold I now didn’t have a car to reach my final destination. AND to add insult to injury I am still as of this post fighting to get my $120 dollar deposit back.
  
  My daughter told me to call ENTERPRISE and they literally got me in a car in less than 20 minutes with only a $324.00 ( insurance included) rental price and a $100.00 deposit.
  
  I will never go with any company besides ENTERPRISE ever again.

  Our insurance company had made reservations at another company who not only did not have a car for us but kept us waiting for over an hour until we walked out. They then called Enterprise, who told us please come right now we have your vehicle. So now comes to today, this is our 3rd rental in 2 months. Each time the type of vehicle we want is made available, the cars are always clean, well maintained and the service we received from the staff was outstanding. Each time we came in we were immediately greeted with a warm friendly hello. By the 3rd time you would think we were family. So now whenever there is a need for a rental car ENTERPRISE is the only company we will deal with. And if you have a chance deal with the office in Summerlin, Las Vegas. THE BEST!

  It is very hard to describe the service received at this branch. The people operating this particular branch were not only extremely helpful but also professional, courteous and very pleasant. It is hard to believe that there still are places like the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on 9484 W. Lake Mead Blvd. with a HIGH QUALITY of CARE to do the BEST for their CLIENTS.-
  
  They always greet you with a SMILE and a GREAT ATTITUDE. Perhaps, that is why I am a regular customer at this particular Branch. Every time I rent a car from this particular branch is a new and pleasant experience. The personnel at this branch "GO ALL THE WAY" and "THE EXTRA MILE" to help you and answer any questions.
