  I have been purchasing insurance in various forms for over 40 years. In all of this time I have never met a more professional insurance agency and owner and then Joey Alfonso of the Alfonso farmers agency in Truckee California. I know he is very busy but he makes me feel like I am the only client he has which I know not to be true. He actually took the time to contact my homeowners association and determined that my full coverage insurance needs would be greatly reduced by taking advantage of the insurance that they had on my building. This greatly diminished his own commission but he doesn’t do this for Commissions only Unlike so many other agents. Instead he wants customers for life and that he actually gets from me. When he did such a great job I transferred my entire portfolio of investment properties and personal assets to him and of course he and his team absolutely exceeded expectations. This guy and his agency are a true addition to the Tahoe business community.

  Joey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When he came on the other side of the desk, I knew it was a more personal experience, he wasn’t some person telling me what I needed to pay. He was very patient and we went through a few policies to find me the right one! He was able to get me insurance on my new truck immediately and save me A TON of money. I highly recommend this agency if you are looking for any kind of insurance. Top notch!!
