Extra Space Storage

I initially rented too small of a unit, after some guidance from associate I was refunded original fees and rented a more appropriate unit! Very pleased thankyou Trissa!

So far my experience has been painless and easy. I rented through their online website; super user-friendly and great online deals. My gate code worked and my unit was clean and prepped with my lock & key. No complains whatsoever. I appreciate that this process was so simple. Thank you!

The folks there will help we're helpful and informative. Definitely willing to accommodate my needs. Unfortunately I was not able to get a commercial truck in there so we had a bit of a Long Carry. Other than that I'm definitely satisfied with my service there at extra space

Very pleased with the ease of scheduling. When you call the “1800 number” it was a little frustrating. I just had simple questions and you could tell they were really trying to sell me on a unit. Doesn’t change my review though. The actual facility itself is very clean. The staff is very friendly. I ordered the wrong unit and they were very accommodating because I had clearly never rented before. They make it really easy and I feel very comfortable having my things left at this location. Good security!

I had an awesome experience at Extra Space. The prices are great. The staff is very friendly- great people. I was able to complete the
purchase of the rental over the phone, saving me a trip to the office.
The premises are very clean and easy to find your way around.
I liked it so much I got a second storage locker there also.
