Military friendly!
I called the office to try to get an appointment to get a replacement retainer. They were able to get me a same-day appointment within a few hours. Ken was very nice and courteous on the phone and in person as well. The entire staff was very friendly and made the entire experience a great one! Dr. Welch was outstanding! He and the technician even stayed after closing just to make sure my teeth looked impeccable! I am a member of the military, as was Dr. Welch, and I can say with confidence that this is one of the best orthodontic offices I've ever been to! -

(November 13, 2014, 11:37 pm)Only orthodontist I recommend! Dr Welch did a palatal expander on my 5 year old. It was easy on her and she had great results. I also had Dr Welch do a permanent retainer on my lower teeth and I was very happy with my experience. It was a pretty far drive from my home, but so worth the distance. Thank you Dr. Welch and your awesome team for taking great care of my 5 year old and helping me out as well.
