I found a vehicle on the CarMax website, reserved it for a test drive later that week, and was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The vehicle was just as great in real life as it was in the pictures online. I didn’t even need to test drive another vehicle. There was no pressure from the sales rep and everyone was very polite to work with. I would definitely purchase my next vehicle from CarMax.

Janel was our (my father's) young lady that handled the sale of his vehicle. She was amazing. My father is not well and can barely get around. She was super helpful, patient, kind, and very accommodating especially under the circumstances. Purchased a new Ford Fusion! It feels and drives great! I've always liked only black cars, but this time I purchased a white one. I love it! The wheels makes it more attractive and I love the dark interior. I love everything about this car! The ride is very smooth and relaxing and the features and specs off the charts. I wanted an F150 in a particular color with certain options, and found one 700 miles away in Chicago. Gladly paid $99 to transfer it to VA. Less than 2 weeks later it arrived in perfect shape, took 30 minutes to complete paperwork. Both sales and closing agents were friendly and helpful. I found equally good pricing locally at dealers, but none fit my scope of wants. This is where Carmax beat out the competition, by having an attainable inventory in various states miles away.

My Doctor, Dr. Amy Falcone-Wharton, is wonderful and I followed her to this location when she left the previous one. The staff are super friendly and helpful! The place is clean and professional.
