I purchased a car Saturday, after months of looking around my Mom suggested Jim Marsh Kia. I found a car I really liked online and did the online pricing and submitted my information. With in the hour I had a text, phone call and then an appointment to go in the next day to test drive. I met Roger Cariaga at the dealership and he was helpful, friendly and did not push me onto anything other than what I was initially interested in. When I saw the car he went over the details of it with me. The process to purchase was easy, Roger listened to my financial requests and worked with me, I got the online price which was a big savings! I then met Jim in finance and he was great too! He explained everything very well and answered ALL of my questions. I have already recommend Jim Marsh Kia to a few people and would definitely purchase another car here.

I had a great experience buying my first car. They all were very helpful, I made an appointment to see a used car & looked through all my options & they gave me the best for me. It was good, the sales person who showed us around was very knowledgable of what was been sold, I for one should have taken time to see more autos & equipment on them. The one we did chose was nice--but we found out later, it only had basic radio. But there are some features that can be downloaded to make it better. Rest of the vehicle is nice.

I had the best experience buying a car at Jim Marsh. My salesman, Michael Phelps, made it so stress free. I saw the car online and told him what I wanted. He had it up front upon my arrival.
