(April 3, 2021, 4:53 pm)I walked in for 1st time, greeted immediately and explained the process, my tech was extremely professional and verbalized exactly what she carried out threading my eyebrows. I have thick unruly eyebrows that no one manages on their first try, FINALLY NO COMPLAINTS FROM ME !
