Highly recommend!
Usually, I don't really trust people. The stories about folks I trusted who let me down, those stories are really just tragic, but also boring.
But then there is Whitney Short at Borg Law Group. I trust her. I also know her and like her, but as an attorney, I totally trust her.
Speaking of trust, she set up my trust. She reworked my company formation from another state to Nevada. She's made all my contracts way better. My wife's new company was set up smoothly by Whitney, then she made sure the trust reflected the change.
Whitney even took care of one thing that was amazing and I won't say here because it's not even her practice area, but she did it because I needed a thing and I wouldn't let up because trust, trust, trust.
So basically, you should be going to Borg Law and Whitney Short because that's just the best. Just make sure you don't overwhelm her so much that she isn't available when I call her, because that would just suck.
Whitney is a wonderful estate planning attorney. She truly cares about her clients. I have referred clients to her and they are all very happy with Whitney and her firm. I feel very comfortable have Whitney help my clients with their estate planning needs because knowing she will never recommend something the clients don't need. She will always give them the best advice. Whitney is also very passionate about what she does and always eager to help people.
Whitney Short of Borg Law Group is not your typical attorney. She donates her time pro-bono and gives back to the community. Whitney is always going above and beyond helping families with estate planning and probate issues. She always puts the clients needs first. I highly recommend her!
The best business and estate planning attorneys in town. When they have multiple people being recognized for probono attorney of the year and other prestigious awards that show they care about more than just your money you know you are in the right spot. I work with Whitney exclusively but the whole team is awesome. The one star review I just saw is a complete crock and if I could give this group 10 stars I would.
