Dr.Heppler and his staff are great. They are very helpful and answer all my questions at every visit.
I highly recommend this office. Very clean facility and friendly office staff. I needed to get my hearing tested after a long time of having issues. Courtney was a true professional and genuinely cared about helping me with my hearing problem. It was very easy to make the appointment and I felt comfortable with the experience. Many doctors don’t take time to explain everything but Courtney did and now I am finally going to get the help I needed for awhile.

I called for an appointment and was able to be seen that week. Heather greeted me with a warm smile. I only waited about 8 minutes to be seen and that included paperwork. Courtney Smith was wonderful. She clearly explained each step of the test. When we were finished we went over the results and she answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. Great office and fantastic service!
