  Who could ask for a better gym!! It has all the right stuff!! Great location! Incredible coaches! Amazing members and did I mention the fun, challenging variety of daily workouts! This is truly my happy place!

  I have been a member of CFRA for over a year now and I love it!! I’m actually excited to work out. I’m able to do things I never thought I could! I love CrossFit because it makes me stronger for real life-playing with my kids, lifting groceries, etc. Well..and it’s cool to be able to do a handstand push-up!!
  This place is awesome! The programming is challenging yet do-able and the people are genuine, fun and encouraging!!

  I’ve only been a member for a few weeks and already feel like part of the CrossFit RA family.
  Getting the workouts down is truly work in progress. However, the trainers are all very helpful and attentive. They will definitely encourage you to challenge yourself and reach your full potential. The best quote to remember is “IF there is no struggle, there is no progress”. I highly recommend this place. Come and check it out!

  Visited for a drop in session while I was in Vegas. Was made to feel so welcome, and the coach was very friendly and motivating throughout the wod. Awesome place with a great community feel even though I went at a quiet time of day

  A friend invited me to try out CFRA and after a week of classes I was hooked. The workouts are great and can be scaled to any fitness level. The coaches and members have been so welcoming and encouraging!!
