Village at Desert Lakes

Iv lived here four years and have been real happy, My lease was due and i planed on moving because i wanted a 'fresh' looking apartment. The new owners have been "freshening' this place up recently so I decided to renew my lease. I do like the new building colors and all the landscaping looks great. Im glad I decided to stay. Nice place to call home.

Great location and I like it because it's easy access to the 215 and also shopping! Also it's easy access to strip. Being a resident here at Village at Desert Lakes, I understand that there's only so much that the management can do for us but you can totally tell the improvements that new management has done for this place. I'm very impressed with the front office Juan and Evy! They're always kind, considerate, and respectful. They're always paying attention to one's needs. Their excitement under new management with their new changes are uplifting and makes me even feel excited to be comfortable in my own home. Juan's been extremely inviting with his bright smile since the beginning. He was understanding of my living situation and assisted me and got everything done in a very timely manner. I was extremely thankful and blessed to have someone like Juan and his manager Evy for going the extra mile! Some little things that I would like to see is the pool area to look more tropical and the front entrance could use more lights. Looking forward to all the great upcoming changes MG Properties are bringing to us!

I have lived here for 17 years. I have had no problems on this property at all. The current manager Evy and the leasing agent Juan are very professional as well as helpful. When I need repairs done they are done in a timely matter and they follow up on the repairs requested. The maintenance techs are very professional as well. I have no trouble with noise in the complex it is very quiet.

Since MG properties have taken over the complex they have done many needed updates to the property and the property looks great again!

Evy and Juan are amazing they are by far the best Manager/Leasing Agent this property has ever had.
