  Called advanced gas fireplace repair and got an appt for the following day. Unlike Joel’s fireplace repair this guy actually showed up and on time . Charlie was very professional and he had to take our fireplace completely apart to figure out the problem but he did. After he replaced a part and put our fireplace back together he added his own touch and put embers and sand in it to make it look 100 times better. We didn’t ask for this and he didn’t charge us this is just something he did knowing it would improve the aesthetic‘s of the fireplace and boy did it ever. What a nice gesture and he was in and out without issues. If you want a hassle free experience in getting your fireplace working again this is your guy! Thanks Charlie and advanced fireplace repair.

  I recently had my gas fireplace repaired by technician Charlie Benjamin of advanced gas fireplace repair. Mr. Benjamin arrived on time dressed with protective gear on his face and feet he was extremely proficient on time and finished my repair in less than an hour. Mr. Benjamin explained every detail of what he did in order to repair the fireplace and I can only say that he is a true gentleman and a very honest individual I would recommend him highly, or should I say most highly to anyone Who is in need of gas fireplace repair and like I said Mr. Benjamin is a true gentleman

  We called left a message within a couple hours Charlie returned our call. We setup a time and he showed up with shoes covers and blankets to protect the floor. He knew what the problem was and fixed it, we worried about it and were so realived that it was something that took half and hour to fix. Thanks Charlie and great service.

  I am a real estate agent and have worked with all types of vendors but I have to say Advance Gas Fireplace was one of the best! Charlie was very responsive, arrived on time, took the care and concern to wear booties on his shoes, and had a blanket to lay down and create a work space that kept the home clean. His diagnostics did not find any defective parts, just a part needing cleaning, and he didn't try to sell me on unnecessary parts which happens much too often. I love an honest, caring, longtime Las Vegas vendor anytime and highly recommend him for your fireplace repairs. Thank you, Charlie!
