  I have lived here for seven years and love it's 55 and over. It's a beautiful place with all the amenities you could hope for and the homes are for sale or rent. It's very quiet and peaceful here. It's gated , and close to Walgreens, Smith's, McDonald's, beauty, sporting goods at Big Five etc.

  Long list of Pros/Cons: Super clean and very quiet and peaceful. There is never loud music or anything of that nature. The management is extremely compassionate towards the feral cats in the community. They often team up with local charities to help any strays that stumble upon the property and make it their home. They contribute to the Trap, Spay & Neuter efforts. I respect the fact that they don’t just poison them. (Pro)
  With that being said, it’s fair to say that this is a “Pet Friendly” community. However, there seems to be two distinct types of residences here. You have the dog lovers and the dog haters. (Con)
  Dogs naturally bark sometimes but there a few neighbors that become extremely sensitive and dramatic if they hear barking even during the day. So just know that you may end up with a complainer if your dogs bark at delivery people etc.
  Speaking of delivery people, that’s where it gets super annoying. If you don’t have a landline, you cannot buzz anyone in at the gate. You have to drive to the gate to let them in each time. I once had a birthday surprise ruined because the moody secretary would not let Edible Arrangements through the gate and told them that unless I came out, they were not getting in. The staff and few residents who have the “Gate Code” guard it like a secret rite of pass even if you show proof of residency. (All minor Cons)
  You never see loiterers and if they do happen to make it through the gates, they would stick out like a sore thumb and cops would be called immediately because everyone is very protective over the community staying “Untainted.”
  You never have to deal with small children or disrespectful teens running around. (Pro)
  People are very nosy here and you do seem to be watched whenever you’re getting mail or walking around, but it’s not a bad thing considering everyone has one another’s back. If I ever forget to lock my door, I don’t ever worry. Everyone waves at one another.
  The one thing I don’t like is that they definitely take each possible chance to raise rent here quite frequently. The office staff has a high turnover and honestly they are usually very unfriendly and don’t seem to want to work. I often see the secretaries reading books and telling people that they will process their rent later.
  Overall, it’s good here but once my land rent goes past a certain figure, I will probably sell and start house hunting.

  This park is great. The people who live here are welcoming and look out for one another. There's weekly events at the clubhouse. Also, located in a great spot to access major roads.
