  This was my very 1st time in this park. When you come in it seems like everything just blended in. Very clean ,bathrooms ,the grounds are well kept. Residents are very nice and like to chat! Very good

  Loved your RV Resort. Property maintained beautifully & people extremely Professional. We were fortunate meeting Kay, who works for Sun Property as the Housekeeper. What a professional, well spoken employee you have been lucky too have on your property! We’ve traveled through this country, stayed many places, met many housekeepers, but this women definitely takes PRIDE in her work ethics! You are extremely fortunate to have such a devoted employee on your staff! She allowed our stay to have been very pleasant! We would highly recommend your Park to family & friends!

  Great facilities ! Concrete dust covers vehicles, & steel plant is loud as hell, but would definitely stay there again. Many activities to choose from. Nice park next door. Many great bicycling roads can be accessed from a lane off Tucker Road. This let's you bypass the busy main roads. You can ride to Skydive City & the glider field by going right on Tucker out of the Pasco County Park. Nice ride !
