  I have to admit I was a bit hesitant after seeing all the negative comments on Yahoo. But I decided to give it a shot and I'm glad I did. I am a kitchen and bath designer and my husband is a home remodeler and we've wanted to get into real estate for a long time. We have all the design and workman skills but do not want to learn the business one mistake at a time. At the seminar we got an overview of the various tools that become available to participants in the program. The tools are worth the price of the workshop by themselves. You could spend a month on the internet and never find the right info on how to do this kind of business. Scott and his team have done all the homework already and are sharing the info for a very reasonable price.
  
  I concluded that the people who did all the complaining were just looking for a free meal and freebie gifts and were not serious about what would be discussed in the seminar. These seminars are a legitimate way of presenting your business to potential clients and only a fool would give people food and gifts at the beginning and watch them walk away before he/she even had a chance to present their material. That would be a very expensive waste of time.
  
  And by the way, I did receive the gifts that were offered, I did have a turkey sandwich but it was not cheap stuff, it was of the gourmet variety with artisan bread, and non-mayo type dressings and box full of other nice things to go with it. I did sign up for the workshop, can't wait and was surprised to receive a bouquet of flowers thanking me for participating in the program! If you are serious about learning this type of business from folks who already have it worked out, then this seminar is well worth your time.

  This was a fine overview of what your business does. Steve Johnson is a fine presenter. He was upbeat, addressed anticipated questions & concerns & was easy to listen to. The lunch was very nice. I had hoped to obtain funding information @ this meeting, though. I'm looking forward to the Reno training days & have begun to find possible flip opportunities. I'm motivated !
