  First, huge thanks to those guys working in 115+F. Fairly quick service and ok price given availability and labor. Plus they have consistent discounts on their site. Would recommend if you need a quick service!

  Fantastic concept... drive through oil changes!! Came in today and was in and out in less than 45 minutes, even with waiting in line to enter the bay. They do make relevant recommendations for other services they offer and provide these recommendations to customers via email for future appointments. Thanks everyone who serviced my Ram today.

  Great experience. The mechanics that helped me seem very knowledgeable. And as they were doing their checks they were calling it out to each other and I was able to hear it as well. It was just nice to see and know what was actually being done to my car.

  Parts Dept was great. I needed a wheel lock key because mine was lost. It took like 2 minutes, the guy came outside with me with a master box of keys and the 1st one he tried fit and was the correct key. I actually called Henderson NIssan 1st and the guy acted like I was nuts for asking. He said they don't sell them and would have to have the old ones removed in their service dept at an unknown cost and buy new ones. I mean really? Then I went to AutoNation Nissan and was in and out in less then 5 minutes with the key.

  Yes. I know, I know. "Why would you go to the dealership? You know they're going to gouge you for money!" BUT you are GUARANTEED to get the correct work done for your vehicle AND all parts and any work have GUARANTEES. After getting a diagnosis, you can make the choice to seek alternative help, but you must make sure you have recourse in case your parts and labor fail.
  
  I took my van to AutoNation Nissan 3 times and each time was a pleasant experience (although the last time resulted in expensive bad news). I was given options, I was given a significant amount of time to make a decision and the price of the diagnostic was not that much more than what I would have paid for a diagnostic at a different mechanic. If you have a Nissan, definitely bring it in and at least let them do a diagnostic before you make other decisions. You can't lose.

  Dylan, the representative who helped me, was really genuine and efficient. The process was simple, quick and something I won't be dreading when I have to go back. I don't like wasting my time and I don't like dealing with disingenuous people, but my time was respected and Dylan was honest and diligent throughout his portion of the work. I cannot comment on much else because he was the only person I really dealt with. The setup for the service center is kind of cool. The agent's name is on the desk so it makes it easy for you to find the person with whom you've got an appointment. The sitting area outside is simple, but I feel like in winter it'd be too cold unless they heat it somehow. Overall it was a great experience.
