This place is truly amazing! Quick service, friendly people! I cannot say enough good things about their in-house Desert Grown Farms products. You might not expect that high of quality AND affordability from an in-house brand, but you get it at Essence! I come every week and plan to continue as long as I live here. My second time I came in a women named Michelle helped me and she was so kind and knew exactly what to help me with and recommend other things for me next time I came in! So I came in again today and bought what she suggested and I am more then satisfied. She knows her stuff!!!! Thank you Michelle! Our first time visiting this dispensary was a great experience! Security outside was very nice, directing my partner and I where to stand outside and inside. The first clerk that took care of us was very delightful and gave us both the opportunity to join the loyalty program that gave us the discount which made us feel very welcomed (Thank you!). The gentleman who rang us up was patient while we browsed, especially it being our first visit, and made a very charming and welcoming connection with us as he checked us out. Thanks essence team! I am SOOO happy they opened a new store close to me, and another one is on the way! They have a lot of long-term employees and they give you great, educated advice and service. To top it off, they have great local discounts and loyalty programs.
