There are new owners that want nothing more than to provide amazing customer service . I have been there for drycleaning as well as alterations! All has been cost effective and timely with an emphasis on quality and caring. They take care of your belongings as if they were their own. I work atSpring Valley Hospital and this is an incredibly convenient location on my way home from work. It is unfortunate that the customer below with the damaged blanket had such a negative experience! I have been there several times over the last year and have never had a bad experience yet! Thanks for bringing your business and customer service to our community!. Its too bad the lady below doesn’t understand how to file a claim, a receipt or proof of value is expected by any business that has a mishap! Get a life lady!
In my opinion this is one of the best cleaners in town. I live in Spanish Trail across the way, and all of our neighbors use them too. The drive through is a life saver when you have little ones in the car or in a hurry! Their seamstress/dressmaker is unreal. She made a custom gown for me for a stage performance I had with Andrea Bocelli this past December, and it was absolutely gorgeous tasteful, and flattering. Just can't say enough about this family-owned business.
I was visiting from out of town, on my way to California. I was looking for a dry cleaner and a friend from Vegas told me about this place. The location is not far from the strip and is very clean and tidy inside. The staff was very friendly and helped me with everything I needed. I even met the new owner who was super sweet! The service was fast and the drive up/pick up made it very convenient. I will for sure come back when I am in Vegas again.
